So, why meal prep?

If you want to be healthy, save money and time, and eat well, meal prep is essential.

1. Eat whole, home made foods. You are what you eat, and you eat what you make. By making your own food you can eat more produce, reduce overly fatty or salty foods, and eat less processed SHIT.

2. Save money by (1) avoiding buying pre- made meals and (2) lowering your healthcare costs with a well-rounded, healthy diet.

3. Save your willpower for other things. At the end of the day, the last thing you want to think about is eating good food. Now you don’t have to think about it and save that willpower for watching only 1 (or 2 or 3) episodes of Game of Thrones.
